She listened to me talk through what I wanted and helped me select options (over the phone, mind you) that ended up working amazing. And before the conversation was over, she had scheduled a same day appointment to get all four mounted. The technician was there on time; the work was high quality; and he was highly professional (he advised on the best wall placement in each room and all the wires were concealed behind the walls...which really impressed my wife!). Best of all, the price was phenomenal (I should mention I also purchased three mounts from them)! I'm definitely a lifelong customer. They were both extremely professional and went through everything very calmly and carefully with us. They didn’t leave until we had asked all our questions and until they showed us every feature. This included walking us through the connected apps on our phones, downloading all updates and setting the remotes for the TV, double-checking the connectivity of the Sonos speakers on every level, and much, much, more.
